I’m a frequent traveler and this was in my top five Airbnb’s! The hosts did a great job with making sure amenities were available and did a wonderful job with the decor and furnishings. Beds were firm, but for a few nights it was manageable. I loved that they left us a basket of snacks, bottle of wine, and coffee creamer/coffee. There was even water and Gatorade in the fridge! After a rough travel day due to weather it was nice to not worry about getting Instacart late at night or early in the am. The location is fantastic! Across the street is a playground and pier to walk on to see the beautiful lake. Tons of walking paths if you want to walk or bike! Minutes from grocery and restaurants was very helpful. The back yard was peaceful with seating and a trampoline for little kids. I’ll def come back to this one as I will be traveling to Brighton often this next year for business! Highly suggest for families or couples wanting a little getaway.

The hosts made me feel welcomed, even before arrival. They were also exceptionally quick to answer any questions I had. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and located in an area where I felt safe. Everything you could need for a stay was provided in case you forgot anything. The check in and out process was extremely easy. We went to several restaurants and attractions that were recommended. If available, we will definitely book this house again on our next trip to the Denver area.

If you’re planning to explore Denver, The Rocky Mountain nat’l park, Estes Park, Red Rocks, The Lake House will be your perfect choice. It’s centrally located to all these places not to mention there’s a Walmart & a few restaurants less than 5 mins drive. There’s also the lake, playground, bike & walking trails across the house to enjoy if you’re staying longer. The house itself looks very new inside, well maintained, clean and with all the added amenities (cooking essentials, towels, extra new bed linens, etc) needed to make your stay very comfortable. No problems checking in and communication with our hosts were excellent. Alan made sure any issues/concerns were addressed immediately. There was a detailed house rules/instructions framed on the wall as well. Overall, we unanimously agreed that we made the right choice for 4 days/3 nights, it felt like our home away from home. The welcome bottle of wine was an added bonus. Thank you, Homie Bees!

However, properties that consistently receive lower ratings due to factors beyond our control may not be eligible for our management services.

Do you handle listings on platforms other than Airbnb, such as VRBO and booking.com?

While our primary focus lies in managing Airbnb listings, as it garners the majority of reservation requests, we also cater to other major booking platforms. Although our platform is most seamlessly integrated with Airbnb, we do create attractive profiles on vrbo.com, booking.com, and other prominent booking platforms. Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

At Homie Bees, we're confident in the quality of our property management services, which is why we don't require you to sign any restrictive long-term contracts. You have the flexibility to discontinue our services at any time by providing us with notice, along with a reasonable timeframe to honor existing reservations.
